Sunday night Winnipeg received 8-13 cm of snow!  Different amounts fell throughout the city but Environment Canada says the highest amount was 13 cm in Old St. Vital. Downtown Winnipeg received about 10 cm and Elmwood had just shy of that, with 8-9 cm.
