On Wednesday afternoon two of the cast members - Lara Secord Haid and James Johnston-- gave us a preview performance of their upcoming production of Kismet! Only on Birchwood Jaguar's 107 LIVE! Missed it? Watch it here!

This is the Little Opera Company's first production in the Broadway genre. KISMET won the Tony for Best Musical in 1954. However, it is rarely produced due to it's challenging score. The production is based on works of the 19th century Russian Romantic composer Alexander Borodin.

Joining Sarah Jo in the Classic 107 studio was James Johnston who is performing the lead Hajj. And Lara Secord Haid who is playing the romantic female roll of Marsinah.

And Rebecca Klassen Wiebe was accompanying the two performers on piano.
