Canada Day at Assiniboine Park
- July 1, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Get ready for a day filled with live music, delicious food, and exciting activities for the whole family! There will be live concerts, food trucks, kids activities, the maker's market and indigenous fire teachings.
- July 1, 12 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- Visitors will find activities throughout The Forks 52-acre site: a Forks Market stage programmed in partnership with Manitoba Music, family activities at the CN Stage, workshops, tours, picnic tables, food trucks, a huge soccer tournament, and Winnipeg's first-ever drone show.
- July 1, 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- FREE for everyone, enjoy a FREE Hot Dog BBQ Lunch, live performances, face painting, blanket weaving by Graffiti Gallery, Fubuki Daiko Performance, Papa and Epp, Quidel Chilean Dance Group, Casa Do Minho Portuguese Folk Dancers, SALNAM Dance Group, bring a chair or a blanket and come celebrate our vibrant community with us!
Canada Day @ Bridgewater Lakes Park
- July 1, 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Join the Winnipeg Chinese Senior Association and enjoy live multicultural entertainment, bouncy castles, dragon dance, lion dance and more.
Canada Day @ Henderson Legion 215
- July 1, 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
- Bouncy castles, live entertainment, face painting, photo booth, candy scramble, food scramble, balloon twisting and much more.
Canada Day @ Sinclair Park Community Centre
- July 1, 2 p.m. - 11:30 p.m.
- There will be bouncy castles, face painting, games, live music, and fireworks! Admission is free, but there is a $10/wristband fee for games, bouncers, face painting, and Nerf Wars. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
St. James Village Biz Canada Day Celebration
- July 1, 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
- Fireworks, Food, music, kids activities, food trucks, and fun! Come hang out with your neighbours and friends, and enjoy the amazing atmosphere of St. James. Don’t forget to bring your lawn chair and your Canadian spirit!
- July 1, 4 p.m. - 11 p.m.
- The Family Fun Zone opens at 4 p.m. and MainStage entertainment starts at 5 p.m. Fireworks at 10:30 p.m.!
Canada Day @ Tyndall Community Market
- June 30, 4 p.m. - 9 p.m.; July 1, 2 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
- This is not your ordinary market. It’s a two-day extravaganza of food, fun, and festivities! Come and enjoy a fun-filled event with food trucks, local vendors, youth entrepreneurs, entertainment, prizes and more at the Tyndall Park Community Centre!
Canada Day with Smoke on the Water
- July 1, 5 p.m. - 11:45 p.m.
- We’re back and bigger! We’ve got lots of entertainment, a concert, and fireworks! Keep checking back as we add more details, and we hope to see you there!

- Come on down to Kirkbridge Park and celebrate with us! We have fireworks, BBQ, family activities, a bouncy castle, face painting and much more!
The Summer in the Village Block Party
- July 1, 12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
- We’re kicking it off on July 1st, with a celebration of Canada's multiculturalism in the heart of Osborne Village. With music curated by Folklorama, we’re presenting a vibrant lineup of music, dance, crafts, fashion shows, and more!

- Join us for a fun fashion show featuring the fabulous finds at the Overflow. 1:15pm and 3:10pm. You can't miss us all along River Ave!

Salsa Sundays @ True North Square
- July 2, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
- Enjoy live bands, special performances, free dance lessons, and a DJ spinning the best Latin tunes that will keep you moving all night long. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned dancer, Salsa Sundays @ True North Square is the perfect place to learn, practice, and have fun with salsa.
Free Family Fun Nights @ Assiniboia Downs
- July 3, 6:30 p.m. - 10 p.m.
- Family Fun activities include face painting, bouncy castles and live entertainment.

- Are you ready for some live entertainment in downtown Winnipeg? Join us for CaRaVaN at The Cube, the anything goes open mic that showcases local talent of all kinds. Whether you’re into music, poetry, comedy, dance, magic or anything else, you’ll find something to enjoy at this weekly event. If you want to perform sign up starts at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 7 p.m. sharp.
