Firefighters are hard at work taming a fire that has resurfaced from this weekend.
Previously, at 2 a.m. on Saturday morning, a fire broke out in a furniture store near the intersection of Main St. and Euclid Ave.
The WFPS continued to monitor the area after they gained control of the fire.
At approximately 3:15 p.m. today, Winnipeg TMC tweeted that northbound Main St. has been blocked off by emergency crews at Sutherland Ave. due to a fire. A few minutes later, they tweeted again to notify motorists that northbound traffic is being rerouted to eastbound Sutherland Ave. and that alternative routes should be taken.
