An overnight fire has destroyed a St. Vital business.
The fire broke out just before 2 a.m. in a business in the 700 block of St. Mary's Road near Fermor Avenue.
Heavy smoke was pouring out of the single-storey building when crews arrived. It took a little under an hour to get the fire under control.
The business, which is currently up for sale, sustained significant damage.
No one was in the building when the fire broke out, and no injuries were reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
