As the world continues to watch the war in Ukraine unfold, solidarity in support of the country pours in from across the globe. 

In Winnipeg, a rally with an estimated 2,000 people in attendance took place on Saturday at the Manitoba Legislature with politicians of all stripes offering messages of support. 

On Friday, the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra shared their support in a post on Facebook.

 

The Hoosli Ukrainian Male Chorus announced that, as ambassadors of the Ukrainian community in Winnipeg, they will be performing "O Canada" ahead of the Winnipeg Jets next home game on Tuesday, March 1. 

 

 

Renowned Canadian pianist, Jan Lisiecki will dedicate his upcoming performance of the Chopin Piano Concertos in Warsaw to the "people of Ukraine."

 

And in London, the Philharmonic opened their weekend concert with a stirring performance of the Ukrainian National Anthem.
