Nature is a constant source of inspiration for composers and musicians---new sounds and colours and, of course, the opportunity to perform outdoors! Host Alexander Mickelthwate continues to give us a preview of the WSO Summer Concert events! Wednesday night @ midnight following Jazz After 9.

Over the past few weeks, host Alexander Mickelthwate has touched on most of the WSO's summer concerts. We've had previews of their concert in Kenora, their special Made in Manitoba performance . . .But there's more.

The Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra will be performing in the 10-year anniversary of Aboriginal Day Live! with the incredible Buffy Sainte-Marie on Saturday June 25th. APTN Chief Operating Officer Sky Bridges will tell us more.

The Millennium Summer Concert Series is back. We'll hear from the founding director of the series and WSO Principal Harpist Richard Turner.

And we'll hear from one more Made in Manitoba featured performer, saxaphonist Matthew Robinson.

Tune in Sunday evening at 5PM. And don't forget about our ENCORE performances every Monday evening at 8PM and Wednesday nights at midnight following Jazz After 9.
