Pascal RogéLast week we delved into Debussy's La Mer.  This week we take a closer look at some of the other works being performed at the festival, including Messiaen's L'Ascension, and Delius's The Walk to the Paradise Garden.  One of the greatest interpreters of French music is pianist Pascal Rogé. We reached out to the award winning artist at his home in Paris where he talked about the origins of his live for French music of the Impressionists and why it has remained his passion over so many years.

Simon MironTuesday night, the WSO will feature a really exciting version of Berlioz's Symphonie Fantastique--a mulitimedia. multi-discipline take on the fascinating story behind this work.

We'll hear from writer, director, actor and creative mind behind this unique presentation, Simon Miron.

And, of course, the music! Settle back and enjoy music from Fauré, Satie, Messiaen, Berlioz and Delius.

Tune in to 60 Minutes with the WSO Sunday evening @ 5PM. And don't forget about our ENCORE performances every Monday night @ 8 PM and Wednesday night @ midnight following Jazz After 9.
