This Grand Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon has a glorious mixture of raspberry, black current, cherries and spices mixed with flavours of chocolate. This wine is stored for 12 months in French oak, which makes this wine very easy to drink while still having lots of body to it.
This full bodied wine makes a great pairing with good strong cheeses; anything form sharp cheddars, to stilton and old gouda. In regards to meats; lamb and quality beef are ideal. The tastiness of this wine will compliment any red meat on your plate.
