Week two is in full swing at the world’s largest and longest-running multicultural festival.

Twelve new pavilions opened their doors at Folklorama on Sunday after a very successful first week in a comeback after two years of closures due to the pandemic.

“After an incredible first week, we are excited for week two to begin”, says Teresa Cotroneo, Executive Director, Folklorama.

“Manitobans have truly shown that they have missed Folklorama, and we can’t wait for them to see our ethno-cultural communities in full bloom during week two.”

$1 admission for some shows

Following great attendance in week one, week two pavilions will also sell tickets to all 9:45 p.m. shows on Monday & Tuesday for only $1.00 admission! Thanks to funding from the Manitoba Government.

The 51st edition of the Folklorama Festival ends on August 132. For more information, visit Folklorama.ca.
