One person is dead following a crash early Saturday morning.
At 12:30 a.m. today, the Winnipeg Police Service responded to a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Inkster Boulevard and King Edward Street.
Officers from the North District attended and learned that a yet-to-be-identified adult female driver of one of the involved vehicles succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision. The 21-year-old male driver of the second involved vehicle was transported to hospital in stable condition and treated for his injuries.
Members of the Traffic Division have taken over the investigation.
