The Whiteout continues in Winnipeg, but the street party will have a slightly different entry method for round three.

True North Sports and Entertainment announced the next two Whiteout Party dates after the Winnipeg Jets defeated the Nashville Predators in game seven to move on in the NHL Playoffs. The Jets face the Vegas Golden Knights.

In order to keep the street party experience safe and enjoyable, the Whiteout Party will now require tickets to gain entry.

The tickets are free and available online for the first two parties. A maximum of eight tickets can be made per order.

The crowd capacity for the licensed area is around 22,000 while the family area in the Millennium Library Park can hold around 3,000. Having pre-determined crowd sizes through ticketing helps eliminate potential issues with over-crowding and makes it enjoyable for all fans.

Winnipeg Harvest will continue to collect food and donations at entry gates. So far, Jets fans have donated 31,000 pounds of food.
