Classic 107 - Winnipeg's classical and jazz radio station.

Attendance at the highly anticipated street party declined for the second straight game Monday.

Since implementing the free ticket system, the Whiteout Party has seen attendance numbers drop at both games. After 20,000 fans showed up for game six against Nashville, attendance at Saturday's and Monday's games have dropped to 15,000 and 11,000, respectively.

After game one, Economic Development Winnipeg issued an additional 10,000 free tickets to be downloaded, based on the ratio of people who showed up. Even though nearly 37,000 tickets were claimed, only 11,000 showed up to watch the Winnipeg Jets, who fell to Vegas 3-1 in game two.

Economic Development Winnipeg will be meeting with stakeholders today and has declined to respond until the meeting has been completed.

The next Whiteout Street Party will be on Sunday, May 20, which will be game five of the best-of-seven series against the Vegas Golden Knights.
