For 97 seasons, the Winnipeg Boys’ Choir has been a hallmark of young musical excellence. Their pure sound and high-quality musicianship have made them regular performers in the choral community and collaborators with many of the city’s finest musical institutions.

On Tuesday, December 14, they present: Truth, Love and Hope — a holiday concert with special musical guest, the renowned soprano Tracy Dahl.

The program features plenty of holiday favourites bundled neatly into a 30 minute program.

“It’s a smaller concert, but the big joy is being celebrated,” explains conductor and artistic director Carolyn Boyes.

“It’s not so much about getting in a lot of music as much as getting quality music,” adds conductor Spencer Duncanson. “Spending quality time, learning to how to appreciate the finer things about that music.”

Winnipeg Boys' Choir 'Truth, Love & Hope’, featuring Tracy Dahl, soprano takes place at Crescent Fort Rouge United Church at 6:30 pm with a second performance at 7:30 pm.
